1. Services Provided

Pure Glass Detail provides mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to exterior wash and wax, interior deep cleaning, ceramic coating, paint correction, and paint protection film. All services are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy soiling, or oversized vehicles.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose any existing damage, loose parts, or sensitive areas before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or loose items in the vehicle.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pure Glass Detail's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for mechanical issues, electrical problems, or damages resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions.

7. Service Area

We currently serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
